Call for Papers for the Special Issue: Insight-Energy Science

The Introduction of the Special Issue

With the development of industrial communities and ever-increasing demand for energy, the consumption of fossil fuels has increased significantly, which intensifies the concerns associated with limited nature of the sources of such energy. With the increase in the demand for energy and limited nature of the sources of fossil fuels and also concerns about climate changes, upgrading and optimizing the energy-converting and energy-consuming facilities are inevitable.

Energy systems are modeled and optimized based on several methods and criteria such as exergy analysis, thermoeconomic analysis, exergoenvironmental analysis, demand side management and so on.

All investigations covering energy systems modeling and optimization have opportunity to be published in this special issue.

Submitted articles should not be published or under review elsewhere. All submissions will be subject to the journal’s standard peer review process. Criteria for acceptance include originality, contribution, scientific merit and relevance to the field of interest of the Special Issue.
