Remote sensing data has been the key from several decades to study the Earth system. Nevertheless, there are some uncertainties in understanding several physical an dynamical features on the earth, which is making the forecasting those systems more difficult. On the other hand, recent climate change causing more frequent extreme weather pattern on land and ocean.
Thus, it is essential to monitor and forecast such events through better remote sensing techniques. Hence, a set of new engineering, technology combined with machine and deep learning approaches are encouraged to develop and use.
