The Influence Of Physical Activity On Social Anxiety Of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas
Abstract
With the development of China's economy and society, the number of rural left-behind children, a vulnerable group, has soared. Due to the absence of family education and other reasons, left-behind children are prone to have a variety of psychological problems, among which social anxiety is one of the universal problems. Sports not only as an activity used to enhance physical fitness, but also affect children's mental and emotional, and play a positive role in alleviating social anxiety. In the implementation process of sports, a positive intervention for social anxiety of rural left-behind children is formed.
