On Distributive Justice in Contemporary China

Abstract

The key to realizing social justice in contemporary China is to solve the problem of distributive justice. Distributive justice is divided into individual justice and national justice. The principle of fair distribution in contemporary China includes the principle of distribution according to contribution, the principle of reasonable difference and the principle of compensation.
