Construction of a Legal Framework for Financial Data Supervision under the Background of Financial Technology
Abstract
With the assistance of Internet technology, the degree of financial technology has been continuously improved. Online finance has become the core key of the financial industry. However, for the financial field, there is a greater risk in itself, and the existence of the Internet has further expanded the risk, especially the regulation of data, once there is a problem, it will bring unimaginable consequences to the financial field. Based on this, this article starts from multiple angles, combined with the current development of national financial data, analyzes the corresponding regulatory laws, and then builds a complete legal framework to ensure the stable operation of the financial sector, legalize financial data, and contribute to the national economy and finance, constructing a good foundation for sustainable development.
