    In the 21st century, with the development of information technology, the education sector has gradually integrated information technology with subject teaching to promote students’ learning efficiency. The introduction of information technology into the classroom by primary school mathematics teachers can make abstract mathematics knowledge more tangible, thus enabling students to understand and master knowledge more quickly. Nowadays, information-based teaching has become an inevitable trend. In this paper, the deep integration of information technology and primary school mathematics teaching is studied in order to improve the level of primary school mathematics teaching.

    Culture, as a spiritual force, is the source of national prosperity and development. How to strengthen cultural confidence and grasp cultural self-awareness in the new era is an inexhaustible driving force for China to maintain stable social development and manifest its cultural soft power.Based on the understanding of the relationship between the firm cultural confidence and the grasp of cultural self-consciousness and the development of Traditional Chinese villages in the new era, this paper analyzes the development process and research direction of the construction of traditional Chinese villages, and puts forward some prospects for the development of traditional Chinese villages in the new era.

    Analysis of Community of Practice Discourse Characteristics--A Case Study of Ipartment Bullet Chat

    With the rapid development of network and bullet-screen technology in recent years, bullet chat has been active in various videos as a new form of Cyber language. Audiences can be able to display discourse of views, meanwhile these languages will appear on the screen and float on the surface of the video, which shows extraordinary engagement and entertainment. Based on the theory of community of Practice, this article analyzes the characteristics of bullet chat discourse from the perspective of rhetorical features about the fifth season of China TV series Ipartment. Besides, this article also explores the relationship between the behaviour of typing bullet chat and the particular community of practice characteristics.

    Anomaly Detection and Prediction Based on Holt-Winters Method

    Outliers, detection and prediction of abnormal periods, and prediction of trends in a given time base on existing data are the first problems to be solved in intelligent operation and maintenance. This paper took KPI performance index of 58 cells covered by 5 base stations from August 28 to September 25, 2021 as research data, chose 3 indexes (average number of users, PDCP traffic and average activation number), established a set of outlier prediction system based on Holt-Winters method.
